A MICHELIN-starred restaurant in the vaulted cellar of the Rosselli hotel on Merchants Street, with dark, atmospheric décor and service reviewers call impeccable. The cooking is technical and creative, and one diner ranked the bread soup among the three best soups of their life.

It is a rare starred restaurant with an à la carte menu as well as tasting menus. Opinions on value vary, but most leave very happy.
