Often called the best restaurant in Marsaxlokk, and by some the best in Malta. The Schiavone family has run it for more than a decade on the harbour of Malta's best-known fishing village.
You choose your fish from the display and how it is cooked, while modern seafood plates and a 150-plus wine list add a fine-dining touch at fair prices. Worth the 20-minute drive from Valletta.
