The verdict
Earned a MICHELIN star just months after opening, on the 11th floor of the 1926 Le Soleil hotel in Sliema. Two dining rooms inspired by the Orient Express, an open kitchen and a panoramic terrace in summer make it one of Malta's most atmospheric rooms.
The menu is short, but as the MICHELIN Guide notes, of a very high standard. Reviewers call it a perfect evening.
